I think the principal should step down from this process and appoint another FOOTBALL person to the committee given all the things that have come out recently. He should get the committees final recomendation but not be involved in the search itself. I hope the committee members realize the responsibility they have accepted.

 

What role does the AD play in this process? Seems crazy not to have him on the search committee.

Of course they realize the responsibility! No one is going to take this lightly.

 

As far as the A.D. is concerned, if he is applying for the position (and I don't know if he is or is not) he certainly cannot be on the committee.

I thought Yeagle was a math teacher. Maybe I dreamt that, but I thought I read that he was. If he is a Math teacher then what was that about not having a teaching job available for him to continue.

Glen has it in for the football program a long time ago. Nobody can tell me different because I was there during the early 90's and I know he didn't like the way football was treated from any other program.

I wonder if the committee will really see all the applications? Would a threatening candidates app. possibly get lost?

Do all applicants receive a confirmation the school has received their application?
