News Flash - Highlands isn't in OHIO. Get a map, globe, atlas or some other geographical representation of state boundaries, and check it out.

I think you missed his point. Many think that OH has better ball than KY. He's saying that even if we just limited it to a talented state like OH the Birds would not be in the top 10 much less the nation.
