Had McClendon played any varsity games before transferring? If a player has not played varsity sports, he/she can transfer anytime they want to any school. Once you have played in a varsity game, then the transfer rules come into play.

Pouncy has not set foot on the practice field as of today. I have heard that it is all but approved, then once approved 10 days of practice before he can play at any level. Just what I heard.
