July 12, 201115 yr I just ran a mile outside about an hour ago and it felt like it was about 10 miles. Running group canceled the run today. I went ahead and ran 3 and it was insanely brutal.
July 12, 201115 yr I came out of work about an hour ago expecting it to be cooled down some. Needless to say I was wrong, walked out and got punched right in the face by the heat. Having no AC in my car hurt a little more.

July 12, 201115 yr 101 heat index in Louisville this morning at 4:30am. Very uncomfortable. Walked the dog and we were both panting by the time we got home.

July 12, 201115 yr My car was brutally hot when I got in at 5 today. The news this morning showed a thermostat inside a car that was maxed out at 150 degrees. When I got in my truck yesterday after work it took my breath away it was so hot.
