Track The NL Central Champion Reds (Week 8)

I hear his defense in left would make Manny and Dunner look like gold glove winners...Can't read a ball off the bat to save his life...Honestly ii know it would never happen but moving Votto to left and putting Yonder at first would be a better idea, I know Votto is becoming a great 1st baseman but he is also a much better athlete than Yonder..Now everybody can rip on me:D

From a friend or the Red's organization? Everybody has their opinions. I know people that said they thought Dunn was a pretty good outfielder.

Zero errors doesn't really say much. How many balls does he fail to get to is what I would be concerned with.

I hardly think they have a stat for that but you have to remember that he just really started playing the position regularly this year. They Reds obviously don't want to give him up and are giving him a chance to play it.

The opinion came from people who have observed Louisville bats games this year...Dunn had potentional and was decent in in first couple years but he had no work ethic...He had a great arm and decent speed for a big guy now he can't run and throws like he using his wrong hand its terrible...Votto is a team leader and I would expect him to be willing to move around should he be asked ala pujols...Votto has a tremendous work ethic and above average speed and could become a great left fielder...Thanks for not rippin on me doc...

Gomes has improved in the field but I doubt it would be considered a huge downgrade if Yonder was in LF. I can deal with an error or two if he can hit .275ish.

I agree.

I've had enough of the Mental Midget.

And so it continues.

Volquez didn't dig the 1st inning hole today, our defense did. Are they making an other bad news Bears movie and holding auditions today:irked:? The Reds defense has been pretty good so far. I hope this isn't a preview of it starting to go like the bats have lately.

That 2 Run HR wasn't the fault of the Defense.

I am going back and forth from the Reds to the U.K softball Cats. They are in the 4th, tied 0-0 with Michigan in the regional.

You're right, I was talking about that circus with the catcher.

The guy on third would have scored anyway. Volquez isn't good.

And he is done. 2.2 IP 7 R 6 ER 7 H 4 BB 76 pitches 6.35 ERA...
