March 31, 201115 yr I don't even know if I would call it a punch that wall through, maybe a forearm. It wasn't meant to injury, just as Z's elbow wasn't. I don't really have much of an issue with it.
March 31, 201115 yr To be the foundation of their team. One game when the Wizards are completely out of the playoff race is meaningless. Are you going to tell me next that the games LA, Boston, & Miami lost to Cleveland are a big deal too? One game over the course of the season doesn't make much difference IMO. The NBA is really political behind the scenes, with unwritten rules and such. You have to take a stand for yourself. I would bet no one within the Wizards organization is losing one minute of sleep tonight because of the incident. In fact I bet they laughed about it afterwards. It's not a huge deal but I don't think getting thrown out is ever a positive.

March 31, 201115 yr Wall didn't "throw a punch." I'm pretty sure he landed one right in Z's midsection. He shouldn't of done what he did but I don't see it being a huge deal. Definitely have to retaliate but I believe a shove/push would have been the perfect retaliation.

Mine would be when a fist makes contact with another person. Wall nailed Z with his forearm. How is that a punch? However, even if it had been a true punch I've got no problem with it. And for Walter, I'd have no problem if roles were reversed. We all react differently. Some are more passive than others. If I'm playing and a guy nails me with an intentional elbow he's getting punched. Heck, even if he misses with an intentional elbow he's getting punched.
