Thanks DF, but I didn't think we looked all that good, especially first quarter....we didn't play like I know we can. We will need to Friday if we want to win.

I picked Eastern in my bracket, but I'd love to see a 10th region team win it...so go GRC!

You've probably seen them play better, but Zollo and Rogers impressed me. I feel good about my pick.

I feel a lot better about Clark Co after watch Eastern play today, I think we match up with them pretty darn good. Jaylan is going to have to step his game up for Fridays game, I lost count on how many times he was caught just standing around and not attacking on Def and Off. Travis had a great game and just keeps getting better, to bad the year is nearing the end. GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably the best two teams left in tourney playing in the quarters?

 

Historically, Clark has struggled with the 7th over the past two years (when not playing at home)

 

I'll have to go with Eastern and see if Clark proves me wrong.

Papa sees Clark County cutting down the nets on Saturday night. I think Ballard was the only squad in the Commonwealth that would have run Clark off the court, and they're not around.

I like Eastern to win this one, which means I also like them to win the tournament. But, Eastern looked mortal today, so I would not be surprised if GRC pulls the upset. Eastern 68 GRC 60

Eastern will bounce back and win this one!

GRC matches up very well with Eastern, better than they did with Ballard. Look for a low scoring grinder of a game and GRC should prevail. 58-52 GRC. Until today I thought Eastern would walk through this tournament, I don't believe it now.

I agree. GRC team is on a mission...to win the state title. Best GRC team we have had in the 20 years I have lived here. Man, I hope we do. GO CARDS!!!!

Let's have a reality check. GRC plays very little defense. They will have trouble stopping Eastern. Not sure why all the negativity towards Eastern. Warren Central a whole lot better than advertised. If GRC doesn't slow it down a bit, as did WC, Eastern will have a layup drill. Either way should be fun to watch. Good luck to both teams.
