GRC in a close one today and then on to cutting down the nets on Saturday.

 

Will be interesting how they matchup today. We could see alot of changes as the game unfolds. One thing about the Cards is one player may score really well one quarter, then may not score again, but another player steps up. We have got to own the glass today. Believe this may be the difference in the game. Also you can't have alot of turnovers against a team like Eastern.

I think that, if Eastern would actually use him, two-sport star Jon Davis would be the ideal defender for a player like Fant or Rogers. If nothing else, he's a big body that can bang and push all night, and you lose little offensively if he fouls out considering what's around him and on the rest of their bench. I was surprised he didn't match up on Fant more to let Woods rest for offense.
