Be careful what you wish for' date=' Bandit. Highlands continues to suffer in Track, Baseball, and Basketball for the sake of a winning football tradition. IMO, it's a shame. Everyone seems to [b']turn a blind eye to this problem[/b] or they come up with excuses saying that the kids have a choice in the matter. But do they really? I think we all know that answer....

It almost sounds like the person is an outsider trying to fit in. By viewing thier past posts it looks like the person won't be much of a loss. If this person is trying to upset the apple cart in Ft Thomas, they are sadly mistaken. Won't happen!

That would be 26 "Mediocre" Srs. LOL

If a kid chooses to attend Spring Practice as to not fall behind other players, that is his peroggative; the kids can't be forced to play other sports; the kids not only watnt to be a part of Highlands football, they want to play and reach their maximum potential.

 

Some players have chosen to go to both practices, but that is really hard including getting homework finished.

 

To say they don't have a choice or imply they don't is a falacy.

 

 

Hey, lets face it, the kids and the other spring sports are penalized by one and only one person. The "Hal Mumme" spring football rule. Nothing more , nothing less. Period!!!!!

If the KHSAA would kill the spring football rule then schools like Highlands will flourish again in other sports. Its that simple. All the other excuses will fall into place.

But to think that Dale will not take advantage of Spring ball and use it to his advantage then one would be nuts. The first time he would not practice spring ball and the Birds lost a meaningful game then the FTM would have his head and people would be sending "The Email" and stuff. LOL
