February 1, 201115 yr Lots and lots of different food. Chili is a must do for the Super Bowl. Wings (the good cook you are you should be able to come up with some darn good ones) for appetizers or chicken or shrimp and bacon wraps. Crab cakes, jambalaya, some sort of dip (like bean dip, shrimp dip, spinach dip, taco dip, fruit dip, buffalo chicken dip, pepper jelly), po boy sandwiches.... The possibilities are endless. Now, excuse me, I made myself hungry. Oh......and beer!

February 1, 201115 yr What is Skyline Dip? Just about the best dip on the planet. Its a cream cheese base with skyline(or any Cincinnati Chilli) over top and then shredded cheddar cheese melted over that.
February 1, 201115 yr I'd get creative and do sliders topped with the various cuisines of the NFL cities. Cheeseburger for Green Bay, Philly steak for Philly, seafood for Seattle, BBQ pork for Atlanta; BBQ beef for Dallas; chiliburger for Cincinnati, etc.

February 1, 201115 yr slice some jalepenos cut all the seeds out and put strips of cheese in the hollowed out jalepenos. Throw them on the grill for 20 minutes and go.
