Great pictures paNDA and I am sure the players and more importantly, their parents will enjoy them. Thank you.....

I saw the Birds frosh team twice this year. I didn't come away overly impressed especially if they're playing without their PG. Solid but not a team you would expect to make a run in a tourney. I will admit that two games might not paint an accurate picture.

I've seen both Highlands and St. Henry several times this year. This final surprised me. St. Henry is much improved from earlier in the year. Highlands is still playing hard. Buten picked up some early fouls which hurt Highlands. Great game by Jake Plummer. Handled the pressure and got a couple of breaks on some three pointers. Man for man, Highlands threw out 7 better athletes, but St. Henry played better and deserved to win this game.

This was was my first time seeing Cov Cath. I was really impressed. The Radcliff boy is one of NKY's best freshman (that plays freshman ball). He is supported by a cast of solid big men that can play the game and get after it. I don't see them being challenged for the title in this tourney.

St Henry led CovCath at the half 2wks ago 16-10. Then they went on an offensive drought and scored 1pt in the 2nd half to lose 27-17 or something around there.

They know they can hang with CCH and I think the CRU will make this a game.

I'm with the nut on this one. Cov Cath will prevail. St. Henry is sneaky good though!

I don't know if you watched the game, but player for player St. Henry matched (and over-matched in some sports) Highlands. The Crusaders a in great condition and kept up with every move the Birds put on them! Highlands couldn't catch their breath through the long runs and fell behind. I think the Crusaders showed great poise last night handling the ball and the pressure. They have had a roller coaster season but they come from strong middle school programs and have a great advantage with the Coaching Staff at St. Henry.

Cov Cath will be a great game to watch. They bring a ton of talent both on the court and on the bench. Not sure why Radcliff doesn't start for the Colonels. He is by far their best guard. I look forward to seeing all of these boys compete at high levels in the years to come!

He didn't start in the first game v/s St. Henry. Then he dressed JV. Just thought it was strange. I have watched him play for a few years and I know what he is capable of. He is very impressive and fun to watch.

Radcliff has dressed JV in every single game this season but only has gotten in a minute or so in some games, in mop up duty. He and Heppler haven't even dressed JV since the Frosh Tourney started and Coach Sorrell likes to tinker with his lineup from time to time. The kid will be something as he get bigger and stronger.

Too bad he didn't follow his older brothers....St Henry might have been the favorite to win this.
