The Conner Cougars woes continue.

 

This was the first time I've seen the Cougars in person. They are not a phyically imposing ball club. I can see where they would have a big problem with sizable teams like CovCath.

 

Juggs on the improve. They had lost to Spencer County 77-29 earlier in the season.

Is it safe to say that Conner was the most overrated team in state at the beginning of the year?

Conner losing to Lloyd is a bigger surprise to me than CCH having 31 TOs and getting drubbed by 36 to Ballard.

We played them early, and I thought they looked soid yet unspectacular. I'm sure those boys will have something to talk about for years to come after this slow start, boys get your running shoes on.

Explain please.

The Cougars turned the ball over way too many times and shot the ball poorly from the free-throw line. Furthermore, the officiating out there was poor for both sides throughout the game, especially late in the 4th when Conner was up by a few points and trying to run the clock..

Congrats to the Jugg's what a surprise they keep playing better. Anyone know the schedule for today's games. JD
