HC seems to be playing good football. I look for the upset here: HC - 28 NCC- 20

I was thinking HC with the upset, but some posters said they had ZERO chance so I guess they won't. Sorry HC, good year.

Those posters were not Newcath faithful I can assure you! I can tell you that this will be a battle and Newcath better take care of the football and make sure the Zebra’s keep the flag’s in their pocket to win this game. I think this game is going to be a precursor to many regular season and regional finial games similar to the battles between Newcath and Beechwood in 1A. I think Newcath will win this by a small margin, but I would not be surprised by a Holy Cross win.

NewCath will have to play better than last time. A good QB like Arlinghaus won't have a repeat of the last game. That being said the difference bn NewCath and HC in the past has been on the lines and the sideline. NewCath has the advantage in both areas and that will lead to a 14 pt win. This week they finally put 4 quarters together.

Are you seriously saying that New Cath new head coach is better at calling games then HC coaches? Come on i know you bleed blue but lets not get to crazy.

I agree with mexitucky. I will say, for the first time since he has been there, I give Kozerski some credit for this team's performance this year. This may be the first year that he has a HC team playing to their potential. In prior years, I wasn't sure if he helped or hurt. However, Eviston has impressed me tremendously and his play calling in the Beechwood game was some of the best I have ever seen against Beechwood.

Yes, I am. Have you watched any NewCath games this year? Ask anyone who has watched him. He has a knack for calling the right play at the right time.

Isnt BW a 1A school and NCC a 2A school just wondering????

NewCath didn't come to play and was upset. Beechwood took it to them from the get go. The good thing is that NewCath plays Holy Cross this week. Unless the 1 pt that Beechwood won by is somehow carried over into this game and given to HC, I don't see the point of your question. However, to play your game, wasn't the other Holy Cross a 1A team? What was the score of that?

And...didn't NewCath already beat HC this season? Who coached that game, and absolutely showed nothing to a future playoff opponent in getting the win?

Well, Beechwood beat both NCC and HC this year so not sure what point you are trying to make. I am just making an observation about the coaches in response to your question above.
