Will this game be on the internet?

^ It'll be streamed online radio wise....trinityrocks.net, or 790wkrd.com

I just don't think the Tigers defense is good enough to stop Trinity's offense. I believe they have given up over 430 yards a game their first two playoff games. That's the big difference with this year's X squad. Their offenses has always been run, run, run but their defense was normally stout.

Trinity's kicking game has been subpar this year. Accordingly, Daylen and Lamont may score/set up a score on special teams. If so, Trinity's upper classmen and coaches will need to calm down the Greenies.

Sounds like X has totally abandonded the passing game. Stop Lamont, Daylen and Devontae and you are in the semis for the 10th out of 11th year.

Great assessment as always.:thumb:

Can't wait - hopefully that earlier beatdown will still be in the heads of the Kittens, and they will doubt themselves and come up short.

All very good points, except...

In regards to the Trinity kicking game (and I'm winging it here without stats, only recollection); I'll give you that the Trinity punt team has been less than stellar actually punting the ball. But, the guys covering both punts and kickoffs (a unit that sees a lot of time) are exceptional imo. Crenshaw rarely hits the endzone, but his kickoffs routinely hit inside the five and with good height. Add to that, the fact that those guys covering get down field FAST and bring a load and you've got a pretty good kickoff unit imo. Return game pretty much speaks for its self!

No 790 for St. X. X broadcast has been moved to 105.1 FM due to conflicts on Clear Channel Radio. You can also listen to this broadcast online at http://www.1051fmtalk.com as well.

Does anyone know what % healthy Mattingly is for X or Hatcher for T??? Are there any other injuries that anyone is aware of?

I was told that Mattingly is a maybe for Friday. Don't know the % on him or Hatcher's status??

St. X should make more of a game this time, but I still believe that Trinity will win.

Welcome to the Class 6 A Championship game. If you don't think it is you're not smarter than a 5th grader. Rain would help X a lot, but it looks like it's just gonna be chilly. No 40+ point spread this time, but I will say a 17 point Shamrock win sounds about right. Now if T makes as many turnovers as Ballard then anything can happen.

You are probably right, Ryle or Simon Kenton will have to do something significant for me to think differently, which I don't see happening.

I am told Hatch is 100%.
