I'd say he contributes to the entire offense for the most part but I think alot of people are taking away from his receivers. SK's receivers have come up big for them alot this year, especially last night when SK was 3rd and long and Lawrence just let the ball go down the sideline and Winkler for SK just went up and took the ball from the defensive back for a long reception of maybe 30 or so yards. That play kept SK from having to give the ball back to HC at mid field.

No way. Are we talking about #9, Blake Green? The kid is a great player. If he did not play tonight, then SK caught a huge break.

 

Not Blake Green. Jerry Williams was the QB for the first 5 or 6 games and Vinny Miller was at WR. Vinny was moved to QB when Jerry got hurt and they kept Vinny there. You can't say one is the "best" because they are both great atheletes and in the Scout Top 10 for their respective grade. Both good kids off the field as well!

I was impressed with Vinny Miller. SK came at him all night; hit him hard and he had his team right there at the end. He dives for a first down on a 4th down carry here. Not sure how many 4th downs HC converted but it was a bunch.

 

^ I know they converted at least two that were 15 or more yards.

So let me get this straight. Highlands, winners of 19 State championships and 3 in the past 3 yrs has been dodging SK for yrs? And now that SK's dynasty is over, they want to schedule SK?
