  1. Yep, we'd all know alot of other 5 star high school football recruits if all their fathers held them back in school too! Makes you look bigger and better than you actually are.
  2. Don't forget his "tude"......it needs to be adjusted.
  3. Winkler gets my vote! He had an awesome career. He was a playmaker!! He ran perfect routes and was excellent at stock blocking. during the 2010 season he broke 3 of ponzers records while having a season reception record of 74 catches for 1070 yards. 1st in nky 6a receiving and 3rd in the state of ky
  4. As much as I dislike Ryle, my son did tell me that several of the Ryle boys (not Elliott) were very respectful and paid a few compliments to him while going thru the line shaking hands. My son spoke very highly of #4. It would have been nice to see Simon advance to next Friday, but that would have been the end. The same goes for Ryle next Friday.
  5. An apology.....really? What about the student on the Ryle sideline that kept turning around and using his middle finger to flip off the SK fans numerous times?
  6. Really.........you need to shut your face!
  7. wow great concentration . great job from # 35
  8. After half time the 1 string boys were done. The second half was all 2nd and 3rd string and scot was still using all their 1st. I would say SK had done well in the 2nd half.
  9. I was neither hanging out with this child nor following him around. I was unloading supplies at SK because we (Summit View) were hosting middle school playoffs at SK. I personally heard what the young man said to a SK player leaving films. At the time, I was not aware of who it was. When I took my children to McDonalds for lunch, this same young man was there. I asked who he was and was told, "Travis Elliott of Ryle". Yes, kids will be kids. As a parent you can only hope that you have instilled good values, good manners, and taught them to be respectful so when they are not around you they will know how to behave. He made a great example for me to explain to the young fb players I had with me, how a great athlete, a good person, IS NOT SUPPOSE TO ACT!
  10. I am too old to play "he said, she said" game. I witnessed this first hand Saturday. Mr. Elliott was in Independence Saturday, he took a spin around the SK campus spreading slander and the continued the disparaging comments at McDonalds(Independence). I heard first hand what he said! It was very disappointing because I keep hearing what a great athlete he is. It's strictly my opinion, however, I believe 100% that you have to be great off the field also!
  11. That is a Simon Kenton dad. Sporting a Bengals orange hat not a Raiders orange hat!
  12. You have to be a good person on and off the field! I saw the kind of person that Travis Elliott was Saturday when he was in Independence throwing around derogatory comments about Simon Kenton players. I lost a lot of respect for that kid when I heard some of things he said!
  13. You can blame the coaches all you want but there were other reasons SK lost other than not going for the 3 pts. SK did not play their best, therefore, making Ryle look better than they actually are!
