They're great for the entire NKY community INCLUDING Pendleton County where the family is from. That is good for the Griffins, I am sure, or they wouldn't have made the move. But it is probably bad for N. Ky. as we lose a HQ location of a local success story and a growing business.
November 10, 201015 yr I know this family very well and I wish them nothing but the best. They have been very good to me and I'm sure they thought this through before making the decision.
November 10, 201015 yr I wish I had something I could sell for 850 million dollars. Congrats to the NKY business.
November 10, 201015 yr The Griffin family is a good group of people. The company started with a noble mission and flourished. Good for them. Any word on if their office will remain? Or are they completely out of the game?
November 10, 201015 yr There is a Griffin and Barkery Feeds in Henderson. Either of which can stick up the entire town on any given day. Bakery Feeds odor isn't that bad but Griffin:puke:

November 11, 201015 yr I'd guess he's put in $50k in landscaping just by the road. Insane...The front gate cost a pretty penny also..
November 11, 201015 yr The house that they torn down on that property to build this one was not too shabby either if I recall correctly.
November 11, 201015 yr The house that they torn down on that property to build this one was not too shabby either if I recall correctly. Another one of the sons has a house back in Country Squire in Vanilla Hills. The pool house they built into the backyard is probably 50% bigger than the house I grew up in.
November 12, 201015 yr I heard earlier that there are actually 4 lots where they built this house - lots for other family members I guess. I can only imagine what it will look like when the other three are built. I guess though when you get $840 million, most of it cash, you can afford to spend a few on a couple of houses!
