November 3, 201510 yr They went from picking up dead farm animal carcasses in the 1940's, through the 1960's, to an $850,000,000.00 family owned industry. I remember well, them coming to pick up animals from our farm, (no charge) in the 1960's. I know several of the Griffin's. They have done many good things in Northern Ky.
November 3, 201510 yr You did not want to get behind one of their trucks on a hot summer day. As for their facilities, I think they dropped the ball somewhat on it. Had they included more turf space for soccer leagues and lacrosse practices/games, they would've really fulfilled a need in NKY. Town & Country is the only facility in NKY, and it's not very good. Many teams and players are going across the river to play and train indoor.
