March 20, 201214 yr I am with hoops5 on this. I will need to read the comics to catch up on some points that are sure to be happening next season. So at the end of the episode Carol says she wants a man of Honor. Was that directed at Rick or Daryl who saved her on his bike? Hershel grabbed some Viagra at the local drug store. :thumb:
March 20, 201214 yr Was hoping for a battle between Randall's group and Rick's group and the Walkers in the final episode with mass casualties(all of the farm people, except for Maggie and Herschel), wish they would re-cast Carl for the coming season. Anything become of Randall's group in the comics?

Anything become of Randall's group in the comics? I don't even remember there being a Randall character in the comics. LBBC might be able to help here.

Anything become of Randall's group in the comics? 100% guess but I am expecting Randall's group to be led by the governor. And there is a disagreement between the two factions. I'll leave it at that.

March 20, 201214 yr No Randall as we have seen him in tv series. But was there a character named Randall?
March 20, 201214 yr Hershel grabbed some Viagra at the local drug store. :thumb: In comics Herschel is the one who does most of the kllling in the barn scene where Sophie was shot on tv. Included killing his two sons who had turned.
March 20, 201214 yr But was there a character named Randall? There is a character in volume 3 that gets Rick hooked up with the Governor but don't remembet name.
March 20, 201214 yr For those interested in the comics, here's the Amazon link to the compendium, which is the first 48 issues. There are 95 issues in print right now, so you're getting half the story for $33.50. I have it & recommend it. And as LBBC said, most libraries have the Volume editions, which consist of 6 issues per. 15 of those volumes have been released. Amazon.com: The Walking Dead: Compendium One (9781607060765): Robert Kirkman, Charlie Adlard, Cliff Rathburn, Tony Moore: Books
March 20, 201214 yr There is a character in volume 3 that gets Rick hooked up with the Governor but don't remembet name. Pretty sure you're talking about Caesar.

March 27, 201214 yr Had a really "off" Monday. Something was not right. Then it hit me....no Monday morning recaps with my Walking Dead peeps! Missed you guys! Have watched the finale way too many times because it's the little guy's favorite show.:idunno: And that last show had a LOT of Walker action! Hershel---I think he knows more than he lets on. When he is on the freeway with Rick discussing how Rick should leave and take care of Carl, Hershel references that he will go somewhere, hunker down. Like maybe Hershel knows about that massive state prison? He has to know that it is there becasue it is not far from his farm. Maybe he knew that people were going there but he wanted to try to save his farm? Next reading project is the comic books!

That would explain how Randle knew Maggie's name but she didn't know him. I miss this show...
May 2, 201214 yr Browsing at the library and spotted a great find! "The Walking Dead---Rise of the Governor" by Robert Kirkman and Jay Bonansinga. (Copyright 2011) From the inside flap synopsis, "Now, for the first time, fans of The Walking Dead will discover how The Governor became the man he is, and what drove him to such extremes." Summer reading---here I come!
