Finally, I get to talk about my Camels. First year for new coach Aric Russell and I think you will see a shift in style from the previous years.

 

As Q mentions, McGovney will be an important part for the Camels this year. But, the Soph has a lot of help to go with his game. Unfortunately, center Joe Franzen fractured his collarbone in a recent football game so he will be out for the start of the season. There are 4 other key seniors that will be integral to the Camels success. They are guards Nate Losey (back this year after a hamstring injury), Corey Cox, Brady Kennedy and 6'6" forward Josh Graff. The Camels have a lot of depth at the guard position with juniors Cameron Addie, Dalton Griffin, Jared White and Jeff Skinner coming off the bench.

 

My prediction is that the Camels will win the 37th district championship and they will be a tough matchup for anyone in the 10th region.

The middle school was the old high school. The place is an airport hanger. If I'm not mistaken last year's districts were held at the middle school as well.
