October 24, 201015 yr I am thinking the same four teams, but I think that Oregon will be 1 and Auburn 2.
October 24, 201015 yr Auburn will get a big boost in beating #6 LSU, something Oregon's win over UCLA can't really match. I'm not sure who will be on top, but I'm definitely guessing Auburn and Oregon will be in the top 2.

I love Cam Newton and I have always been a pretty big Oregon fan. Love their uni's.
October 24, 201015 yr Author OREGON BOISE STATE T.C.U. I think the Newark water might be spiked.
October 24, 201015 yr I'm guessing Auburn .9025 Oregon .9019 Boise .8922 Michigan St .8777 You are "guessing" with your decimal numbers?
October 25, 201015 yr Boise State vs. Oregon could be a pretty fun National Championship game after last season. At this point I think they are most likely teams to run the table. Auburn's D is still too iffy for me in a matchup against Alabama. Plus they still will face SEC East Champs USC, Florida, or Georgia and that isn't an easy feat. If Auburn does run the table however, its next to impossible not to think they deserve the national title nod.
October 25, 201015 yr To Alabama Larry's consternation, Auburn!!! I am not going to speak for Larry, but for me...I wouldn't mind if Auburn stays #1 because it would make it that much sweeter with a win over the war tigers in Tuscaloosa.
October 25, 201015 yr That's the way it should be but it won't. I'd love to hear the logic behind that....Other than your anti-SEC bias of course.
October 25, 201015 yr This says so much Alabama, on the other hand, is loved by the pollsters -- sixth in both -- but not treated as nicely by the computers. The Tide's average computer ranking is 12th. They are as high as third (Billingsley), but they are ranked 15th by two computers and 17th by another (Jeff Sagarin's). http://collegefootball.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1143646
