Sorry - apparently the officials did not see these "cheap shots" you speak of.............but I am sure you are right and they must have happened. You are worried about a tired frustrated kid not taking a knee, but you advocate retaliating to a supposed "cheap shot". Now that's sportsmanship!

SK was down 27-12 then went on a 36-0 run.

The sad thing is SK players took a knee for the injured Boone player while the rest of the Boone players didn't. They must not teach to much sportsmanship over in Florence or Union. I seen a lot of cheap shots this week and last week on the field.

AT - I'm right there with you. I started noticing it in youth soccer years ago. I'm not sure why teams do it and I could care less if a team takes a knee or not.

The scoring summary I saw had Boone up 27 - 20 after 3.

 

SK scored 28 in the 4th.

Pretty sure SK got most of their personal fouls for retaliating. Why wouldn't I have the guts in person?

All I said was I noticed a bunch of cheap shots its just my opinion.

Simon Kenton played without linebacker Bo Lockard most of the first half he sprained or twisted his ankle but came back and played the rest of the game.

 

This is false. Bo was out maybe two series, at the most.

Boone clearly called their players over. SK took a knee for like 30 seconds and then did the exact same thing Boone did.

 

 

Plus, at very least, one of the off-setting personal fouls was Simon Kentons fault. NO questions asked.

Boone ran out of gas. Simon Kenton had superior athletes but Boone scored quick and often. Once SK righted the ship and started to show some emotion they started to control the game.

 

For Simon Kenton the first half was like a JV game. ZERO emotion.

 

Matt Riley had two touchdowns and over 100 yards receiving. Ryan Winkler continued to be amazing and also had at least two touchdowns. Both had huge games, I think Wink might of broke SK's touchdown reception record tonight but i'm not sure..

No way Boone should have had this much offense on SK. Boone had a hand full of first downs against Highlands.

 

Boone came right out and smacked SK in the mouth. Simon Kenton was not ready for it, Boone ran all over Simon Kenton in the first half.
