of course - everyone is recruiting him as a quarterback. What coach is going to tell a kid who clearly wants to be thought of as a quarterback, that "we want you as a defensive end". The school that does gets scratched off the list early. Get em in school, then tell them where they are going to play. Not much a kid can do but do what they say ....or transfer. tell me how well that works for a kid.

Actually, Ryle players made some big plays - Elliott td run breaking at least 6 tackles and outrunning the fastest player in northern ky, Hempel completing a 4 th and 11, and smith beating two blockers to make a tackle in the backfield in overtime. This wasn't about the coaches, it was about players making plays.

Sorry - apparently the officials did not see these "cheap shots" you speak of.............but I am sure you are right and they must have happened. You are worried about a tired frustrated kid not taking a knee, but you advocate retaliating to a supposed "cheap shot". Now that's sportsmanship!

You talk about sportsmanship and you say "you are pretty sure the SK personal fouls were retaliation?? Pretty sure? Is retaliation considered a cheap shot? Were there officials at these games you talk about? I guess they just picked on SK. You embarrass the hard working kids on the SK team.
