MEXITUCKY, I was at the game and it was everything you heard and more. Probably the best game I have ever seen in hight school football it was ashame someone had to lose and glad it was NewCath. Go Jugg's!!! JD

Was that the game that LLoyd won in the final seconds where the reciever caught the ball and fell backwords into the endzone? I was a freshman walking with my Dad around the endzone when they scored. Made me sick. Looking back it was a great play.

Yes. It was a busted play that worked out well for the Juggs.

It's been a number of years since Lloyd Memorial has put really good teams on the field (well before the new classification system). Actually, I suppose the same can be said for Newport. What's happened to bring down these two traditionally respected programs ??

New Cath wins big; I believe that they can advance all the way in state this season and that the only thing that will beat them is themselves.
