NKY's worse 6A team this year (Boone), beat arguably the two best teams in that district. Care to try again? NKY 6A is much better than that Lex. 6A district.

 

SK would sweep both districts so it really don't matter! District 7 has more speed in to get them ready for Trinity or ST X.

Wow Middlesboro and Lexington Christian are in the same district. Thats over a 2 hour drive, atleast 2 1/2 hours on a bus. Mapquest has it at like 2 hours and 28 minutes so you can add some time to that considering it will be on a bus. Also its over a 2 hour drive for Middlesboro to drive to Danville. And talk about a loaded district with Danville, Somerset, and Lex. Christian!

Also, Bell Co. is in the same district as Casey Co. and it takes 2 1/2 hours to drive from Bell County to Casey Co. Thats a long trip for a district game.

The KHSAA doesn't make too much sense when putting districts together.

Wow! Walton I heard is in with Trimble, Owen, Caroll, Gallatin. Good competitive district for Walton.

Also Campbellsville and Williamsburg are in the same district and they are like 2 1/2 hours apart. Thats the same with Nicholas Co. and Paintsville being in the same district.

If I were the coach or AD at some of these schools, I'd be furious. For programs that don't draw very big crowds, they will be losing money with the fees they'll have when making 2 hour trips for a district game.

If they get there, yes. But Christian and John Hardin loom large in getting there along with Warren Central.

I agree with you for the team they have next year. But there still are teams that are factors, like Christian County and John Hardin, and hey I'll even throw Warren Central in.
