I'm not familiar with all of the 2A teams. Who will challenge New Cath?

 

Lou. Desales, Danville, and Lex. Christian look to be the only "true"contenders. Things change on a yearly basis though. I'd be surprised if Newcath didn't add to their collection of state title trophies over the next 5 years.

Ha, just noticed that!

 

One thing I do think we may all agree on is that Bowling Green is the foremost traditional power in the class, and will be a permanent fixture in the favorites category year after year. Certainly if they make the title game, I don't see any team from the east beating Bowling Green. It may be a tall order for anyone in the east to beat anyone that comes from the west.

Did anyone see this little nugget?

 

If a district should fall to three teams, the teams will each play twice (at each site, home and home) to determine the district champion.
