WOW! That score is different from in the past.

One of these weeks Fort Knox will get over the hump. It seems like they are right on the verge every game.

They are. I've covered this team twice, and they're much improved over last season.

This Fort Knox team ... there's something about these players that make EVERYTHING different. Nothing is the same as it was last season, or even two years ago in Combs' first year on post.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was not expecting this at all. Good win for the Falcons, but I have to give credit to the Eagles for never giving up....

Is Ft. Knox running the triple option scheme? I have heard Ft. Campbell is down but I thought they might out - athlete Ft. Knox. That is why we chalk it up, line it up and play it.

Yes they run the triple option scheme...flexbone to be exact.

Knox will get over the hump. Personally, I think Coach Combs has gotten his kids over the hump in regards to believing, working hard and battling to the very end. Once they get over the hump of pulling out these close ones, then watch out, because the ball will really get rolling. Remember, it wasn't too long ago when Ft. Campbell was everybody's whipping post, then along came Coach Berger and his staff. The very same thing is possible at Ft. Knox. Keep figthing Eagles, because your days will come. Congrats to Ft. Campbell, also.

 

For those players that might be reading this, you probably will never realize the inspiration that you and your parents are for the rest of us. We're thankful everyday.
