It's ashame it's not Colerain at Trinity instead of Manual. I think Colerain would in pretty easily but that would have been a better test for them.

Who knows...maybe the busses will get crossed up and the Panthers end up at Manual and the Cardinals at Trinity! Wouldn't that be a hoot!

 

I would recommend to anyone that is not necessarily tied into a game Friday night to head on out to Manual. This will be Colerain's first ever trip to Louisville and unless St. Xavier or Trinity or Male can find it in their heart to schedule us in 2013, I can't see the Cards making the trip back to Jefferson county for a long, long time.

 

The consensus seems to be either a 1-1 split or a 2-0 weekend. I'm hoping for 2-0 but 1-1 almost seems a given.

Colerain will absoulutely destroy Manual. I still say the Coach at Manual should have one free shot at the old coach for this schedule, just not right. Elder is Elder, I have not seen Elder this yr but I agree with others that Highlands ran it at will against Trinity and this is what Elder does best. Besides Elder rarely loses two in a row. I going with Elder by 14. JMO. Go Birds 20n10

I am not sure why everyone is proclaiming that we will beat Elder. How many players do they have returning from last year?

 

We struggled in the red zone a number of times against Manual and I doubt that Elder will afford us as many opportunities to score.

I have to know who the 2 BGPer's are that think Manual will beat Colerain?

I am taking Trinity over Elder. Elder lost a lot from last year and have not put it together yet.
