I did not say they would score them all on teh Boyle defense. I will say the JC offense puts 2 TDs on them though.

I understand. I just feel like Johnson Central will have a hard time scoring 23 points whether that be from turnovers, special teams and even offense. Maybe I'll be wrong. Only time will tell.

JC wins this one 39-32 in a big upset.

JC might win this one but if they score 39 points on the Rebels it will be the most Boyle has surrendered under Larry French. :thumb:

(Lone Oak also scored 39 points in 2 OT's)

If JC scores 39 on Boyles Defense it will be a short flight to Lexington for Hester. Put the Air Evac team on stand by Hester will have a stroke. lol

JC's running attack was quite impressive in the playoffs last season. If they return many players, any opponent should be concerned about stopping them. Sounds like Boyle's D is ready for the early challenge though. I didn't see Boyle last year, but wish I had the chance to see them and Rees. Do the Rebels have a prolific RB of his likeness this year? By the way, can anyone say where Rees is going to school and playing ball this year?

JC-21, Boyle-20. Mainly just because game is at JC.

Boyle County doesn't have a running back like Rees MacShara but does any team? Rees is attending Morehead State.

Boyle will likely never have a running back like Rees ever again. I think he could be a once in a lifetime talent that we were fortunate enough to have had attend Boyle County. We could have another 3,000 yard rushing running back one day but most likely not in the same mold as Rees.

No way Johnson Central makes it 20 points. No way. If JC wins it'll be 10-7 or 14-10. Something like that. Unless they installed Lone Oak's offense, they have no chance whatsoever to score 2 td's on the ground against this defense. 39, 23, and 21 points against this defense is laughable and like charles88 said if it does happen serve me up some crow also. I don't care how much better the JC rushing attack has improved since Week 0 last year. The BC defense has improved since finishing as the top defense in the state last year and they return 7 starters and as much as Jarrod Harrington played on defense last year you may as well say 8 starters.

I agree 100%. I'm so sure of it, I'm willing to trade avatars for 1 week with anyone that's up to the challenge.

I think Boyle will win this game. One thing I remember last year about the Rebels is in some of the early season games they were a little slow to get rolling. If they play like that early and JC got some early breaks it could be close. Simply because the game is at JC and I'm sure that last years game will probably make for a hostile environment this year. I think it will be 7-7 at the half, with the Rebels getting rolling in the second half winning 28-7.

Johnson Central will win this game. Boyle has a lot of Off to replace, it's early in the season and Johnson Central don't do much other than run it a you. They beat Whitley Co. pretty good in scrimmage, so they will put it on the boys from Danville. Long trip for my buddie Larry and his Boys, Boyle will be fine once they get everything clicking. JC is a hard place to play. 12-7 Johnson Central.

I can certainly see 12-7 easier than 39-32. :thumb:

I also think it's early in the season but not for defense. As much as some Golden Eagle fans have pointed out that JC runs on practically everybody, Boyle stops practically everybody's running attack. I just think the run oriented attack plays to Boyle's strength more than Boyle's inexperience offense plays to a JC defense that was beaten badly all 2009. :thumb:

I think the game being at JC gives them somewhat of an advantage. I remember when Highlands had a pretty tough game there a few years ago in the playoffs. But I'll say Boyle 28, JC 14, I think Boyle is the better team.

Kinda nervous I talked to some folks that really know football. They said that Johnson Central was a really good football team.
