Track the Reds (2nd Half, Week 3)

Featured Replies

Why do the Reds make nobody lefties look like Cy Young? I know we beat this to death on the Red's hitting approach but I think that when they play against lefties like this that they need to change their aggressive approach to a more patient one. I would like to see them make pitchers get their breaking balls over for a strike rather than jump on the first pitch. This guy today can't break glass with his fastball and he made Jonny Gomes look awful on 3 breaking balls out of the strike zone. Earlier he made Votto look silly on a breaking ball down and away.

Looks like they're well on their way to shutout #13, or is it #14, for the year....
Wow, you guys are in panic mode ... it's only the fourth inning.

It's just painfully obvious this team just isn't scoring today. They always make the terrible pitchers, especially lefties look unhittable.

More bad baserunning, oversliding the bag. This one cost them a run.

Not sure why guys that I'm quicker than are trying to steal bases today....

Two straight innings this team should have easily scored at least a run, and both times they walk away with nothing.

This pitcher is slower than molasses to the plate. I have no problem with them trying to steal 2nd. I think Cairo missed a sign on the Cabrera throw out at third though.

I swear they give up more hits to opposing pitchers than any other team.
