Texas Leaguer
If that were to happen, I'd imagine there won't be too many happy people about this and Obama will most likely lose all support in the states near the Mexican border.

NEXT
DHS says no blanket amnesty. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/06/25/homeland-security-denies-blanket-amnesty-illegals/ For some reason I take that as not all 11 million, but probably 8 million........... Lucky Charms
I still wouldn't be surprised, though. I mean here we have a president with no accomplishments running this country into the ground. Welfare increased or is projected to increase by 42% from the 2008 levels this year. More burden... Now this, and I bet, its coming in one form or another! My public school math using figures from this article say it will increase by 24% as compared to 08.
Lucky Charms
42 / 24, my bad. Typo, but still, that's another big gov't move.
Clyde
42 / 24, my bad. Typo, but still, that's another big gov't move. It may go higher. With the state of the economy and the jobs bill not passing we may see more applying.
Texas Leaguer
Why should he care? He will immediately pick up 12 million new voters? I think he would take a loss in terms of overall gained/lost voters from this move.
75center
You might actually get a little better debate if you left off the play on Obama's name. Is that really neccessary?
Hatz
It may go higher. With the state of the economy and the jobs bill not passing we may see more applying. My thoughts exactly. The growth of the welfare monies has much more to do with the high unemployment and terrible economy IMO.
