June 14, 201016 yr Author RTS, have any kids? But this picture was really funny! I have two, grown now. My son played for a season, that was a looooonnnnggg season for me. :lol: Thank God he stuck with football, basketball and baseball instead.
June 14, 201016 yr Most Americans will never really get Futbol, and that is perfectly acceptable. For the longest time I thought Soccer was the lamest thing ever, then around 2002 when I really started paying attention to the World Cup, and really started to understand it more, I have loved it ever since.

June 15, 201016 yr I just wish there were more games from the Champions or the Premier League aired in the U.S. Those games are great to watch and host the best talent in the world. The MLS is basically a joke and until a league is developed within the U.S. that can bring in talent then soccer will never catch on as much as it should. It would be nice to be able to watch these guys play more than once every few years... Messi: Ronaldo:
June 15, 201016 yr Best soccer line I ever heard came on a golf course several years ago. Several of us had just finished a round and were chatting as we headed our seperate ways. Friend A asked friend B if his kids were playing soccer this fall, and friend B responded, "No, my kids are into sports."
