In attendance at the first Holy Cross Summer workout yesterday were.

 

Beal - incoming freshman.

Murphy- Sophomore to be, transfer from Park Hills

Justin ??? - Sophomore to be from Withrow 6'2" forward.

Derrick ??? - Senior to be fransfer from Finneytown 6'4" forward

Amazing how quickly the landscape can change in a basketball region.

I'll believe the landscape has changed when it does. HC hasn't been a factor for a long time, and they are in a 4 team district. One district win and you are in the region. When were they last in the region?

Ninth Region is so wide open next year that a couple of transfers could really change the landscape.

I might be missing out here....but I heard that a Holmes player was transferring to HC also. McLendon? Am I just late on this?

 

Also Cam Murphy is going to be a heck of a player. His dad just took the girls job so I imagine he's leaving CCH to go to HC.

Justin is a dynamite player who is coming along well with Sherwin. He has done some one - one workouts with my son this summer and you talk about getting your money's worth. The question for this young man will be eligibilty and residence. They better be very very careful because there will be many many people in that District raising an eyebrow. I hope for the best and glad he is an Indian instead of a Wildcat like was originally planned.
