In real time, the correct call was made. All the refs saw was Scheyer standing still when Hayward ran into him. I'd say that 50% of all refs would call that a charge. With a guy six inches taller than him in his face. Nice try, Kellogg is about as impartial as it comes. The last thing he wants to do is say a call was missed. If he says it was missed, it was probably pretty obvious.
