March 30, 201016 yr Where is the best place to get Mexican food in NKY / Greater Cincinnati? I like Acapulco, behind the Ponderosa's off of Rt. 42 in Florence. Has anyone had the mexican place on the levee? Habaneros.
March 30, 201016 yr I like Montoya's in Crescent Springs. It is a bit cheesy in the decor, but the food is great and priced right. Service is friendly and fast. Next would be Abuellos (spelling?) in Crestview Hills Mall. Totally different menu and much more expensive, but also very good.

They recently even started one of those frequent lunch cards, you know, buy so many get one free. Great food. Oh yea, just don't go on Mondays as they are closed on Mondays!

I've had Nadas (downtown Cincy). It was good, but I have a hard time paying $18 for 3 enchiladas and $10 per margarita. I have been to El Rio Grande once and was not very impressed. I am willing to go back & eat there again, but SHE did not like it at all. :lol:
