Mason may very well win the region again. If they do I will still say that starting this year with the returning players each team had - there is no justification of the pick.

Montgomery Co wasn't in the top 10 this year. I'm going to guess that his logic was because the Indians lost so much to graduation. That logic should apply to all his picks.

I'm walking away from this one. Sorry the comment ended up taking teh thread away from its intended purpose.

Anyways back to the thread...

I thought Clark Co and Montgomery Co were supposed to be big time rivals. They act like tag team partners on here.

Mason County 72, Clark County 65.

Don't wanna hear about any injuries because if anything Mason Co has had PLENTY this season.

T Black out for year.

Pawsat out about half the season.

Harris about half the season.

I would say I'm forgetting some others.

Won't be able to attend the game as I will be at another game working.

Pretty rude.

Should be all GRC right:p,Poor Ole Mason County comes in unranked against the #5 Cards :notworthy:sounds like a mismatch and somebody already said in the Mason-Montgomery thread that Clark looks a lot better than the Royals and should run away with it..Mason has battled major injuries all year and just trying to get healthy but we've played through it and did what we have to..If Mason wins would be a Hugh upset here...:D:thumb::popcorn:

Not at all what was posted at the beginning of the year. According to the Cats Pause Mason Co is ranked #1, so no poor ole Mason Co please. Mason Co fans agreed with this rankings and the author saying, even though GRC would be ranked higher, Mason Co would win. So why now the huge big upset???

because he goes there and it irks me. His bias opinion is in print for thousands of people to read and I feel that he should be called out for his bias any time the opportunity arises.

I give Mason proper respect. The program, the coach, and their players deserve respect - just not quite as much as the home town reporter gives them in a state-wide publication.

Agree. Also will we see if it mentioned of all the injuries Mason Co has had this year. GRC's injuries was not mentioned in this years yearbook. So if his opinion is truly unbiased, Mason Co's injuries shouldn't be mentioned. We will see.

Should be a great game. Hope there are no more injuries for both teams. All these kids work so hard all season and during the summer, hate it when any player, no mater who they play for is unable to play or not play 100% because of a injury or sickness.

Lexington Catholic game might be a wake up call for GRC.

This game all depends on Stenzel. If he plays and is healthy I think Clark wins convincingly. If he does not play then Mason has a great chance at the win.

I wouldnt want to play Grc after their performance last night. I have a feeling that the team we saw last night wont make the trip to the great Fieldhouse Friday. Believe that practice wont be too fun the next two days. Im not gonna make any excuses about Robbie being out. Though they are a much better team with him and need him to achieve the goals that were set, they can still win this game with out him. I hope he can go. Really like watching the kid play. I hope both teams bring their A game.

Im just takeing a note from your post in the GRC- Scott County thread you said it would be an upset if you beat Scott County at THAT time last week cause they was #2 and you was #6 ...Your #5 right now where somewhere around mediocre in the state unranked....:D:popcorn:

And I am just taking a note where all the talk preseason was that Mason was ranked #1 in the 10th and would beat GRC. Didn't matter if GRC was ranked higher or not during the season. No upset predicted then. :D:popcorn:

Well, I think that will about do it for this thread. Some of you are going to be on the outside looking in if you can't seem to follow the rules. Feel free to start another prediction thread, but suffice to say there will be no latitude with regards to following the rules.
