You guys should know by now that the vast majority of coaching hires are not made by football or even athletics minded people. This normally results in poor hires and high turnover. The only people that suffer are the student-athletes.

One of the big differences between coaching at LCA and Dunbar is that the parents at LCA want to win and support the program but let the coaches coach. At Dunbar the parents just mettle and think they know more than the coaches.

Then why in the world would he want to leave the great situation at LCA to go to what you say is a miserable position at Dunbar?

I would say a little blocking helped! They only averaged 14 passes a game with the starters. Does not matter the scheme, etc, if the blocking is not there, play is not successful. Plus, he was a load running the ball. But I am a ridiculous idiot I guess. They only had 1 really close game against Lex Cath. Not really hard to call offense when you are blowing people out by 40-50.

Back to what started all of this, "What has this coach accomplished at Henderson?"

But it doesn't happen without the offensive unit being coached up on what to do. There are 11 guys on the field for each team and each person has a responsibility. If they don't complete their assignment, Hayden doesn't get to showcase his abilities.

There is a HUGE difference in being a coach at class A LCA and 6A Dunbar.

1. 99.99999% chance we are doing all of this one more time in two years from now. Because some parent won't like why his little Timmy isn't playing and he goes and get all of the other bench warming parents to sit down and have a meeting with Silberman about all of the evil that is taking place at Dunbar. Stu is so worried that these evils "these parents" are mentioning could be picked up by The Lexington Herald Leader he orders little Anthony Ore to "come up with a solution to the situation" with his mean voice. Mr. Ore is so scared to death of Silberman that he must let the coach go. And we do this all over again.

 

2. .00001% chance is this coach makes it all the way through the 2012 season which is almost unheard of at Dunbar and this unbelievable event is so shocking to the universe we are killed off because news like this has to be the reason the Mayans said we would all die in 2012.
