January 10, 201016 yr I guess he is right, but wasn't yesterday his first big ones? Didn't he miss a FG against Pitts a few years ago that cost us the playoffs? It's not just the FG's he misses, he is also a bit of a liability on kickoffs. Graham's ok, but I have a hard time believing that he cannot be replaced for much, much cheaper.

They dont need to trade up and get him. For the first pick they either need to go after a TE, WR or a safety. They need to go after DL in the late rounds.

TJ Houshmanzadeh was drafted in the 7th round. Joe Montana was a 3rd rounder... Terrell Davis was a 6th round pick. TO was a 3rd round pick. Tony Romo was undrafted. The talent is out there. It's up to the organization & the system to put the talent in a position where they can succeed.

How many more playmakers are found in the first 3 rounds compared to the last 4.

Michael Johnson, Antwan Odom & Robert Geathers are quality DE's. I'd take a WR or Safety in the 1st round. I'd take the other in the 2nd.
