Word out of Northern Kentucky is that Coach Schneider will be having surgery on Monday to take care of many of the issues that have been bothering him. Coach is a very private person about himself and doesn't want a lot of attention, calls, etc. (isn't taking most of them anyway). But certainly all of us could take a moment and ask for some help and healing hands his way.

Coach Schneider's reputation for being 1st Class, a good leader and mentor of young men, has always impressed me as much or more than his obviously tremendous accomplishments as a coach. My prayers are with him and wishing him a speedy recovery. Get well soon, Coach Schneider.
