Does Troy really make this big of a difference? They've been horrible every game without him.

Their O-line is hurting them as much as anything.

I think he is a big help..but I mean Pitt O line has been bad this year.

I don't think you can count this season for the Steelers. Their Defense is what makes them and they have lost the heart and soul of their defense.(Not to mention the best defensive player in the league) This reminds me of the Bengals without Carson.

Unless he is taking one to the house every game it won't matter that much. He is a huge plus but he's not superman.

Well, if there is anything that the Steelers can take as comfort out of all of this... Despite their record and midseason collapse, I still feel this is a very good football team. With a higher draft pick than they are used to, they could be back as early as next season. Not sure if any offensive linemen are projected in that 10-15 spot, but I'm sure the Steelers will be watching.

Right... And that's how I'm feeling as well. But it's an odd coincidence. Have they won any games that he has not played?

The Pats lost Brady last year and proceeded to go 11-5. Troy is amazing, but there are a lot more things wrong with this team than just him being hurt. They've love five straight and three of those are the Chiefs, Raiders and Browns.

The Pats also have the best coach in the NFL. If Bill Cowher was still in Pitt they would hve a better record.

Does anyone else blame Bruce Arians on these defeats? I just think we don't have an identity on offense I'm just not sure what we're going to get game in and game out these days. There is no excuses though we have to beat the Raiders and Browns that's the bottom line, our talent alone should do that. It just shows you can't just show up in the NFL and expect to win.
