Lexington Christian Academy is your 2009 Class 1A State Champion!

Congratulations to LCA on their first ever football State Championship. You all made District 5 proud, but come tomorrow, it's on for 2010.

Final!!!

Total domination. I didn't expect that

Total domination. I didn't expect that

I did, LCA is a machine this year, we tried to tell everyone, but they didn't want to hear it.

Well Bluto congrats. What a fine team. Congrats to all the LCA team, coaches and fans. Bluto will have that toga on all weekend.

First of all CONGRATS TO THE EAGLES! I predicted this all season! And you deserve it. One of the best if not the best 1A team I've ever seen!

Total domination. I didn't expect that

I did.....

Here's my quote from the BGP 1A rankings thread(Oct. 6th)

^ I think LCA would beat both Mayfield and Crit Co. by at least 30+. Neither team is close to as good as Lex Cath. And look at the numbers Hayden and Whit put up against them. Nobody will hold either one of them to under 100 yards the rest of the season.

And this is what I was told.

hahahahahaha....hahhahaha...Glad you have seen them play so much to make that determination....Take off the blue tinted glasses and have someone close to you smack you in the face and bring you back to reality... If they struggled with CPA, trust me, they'll have more than there hands full with Mayfield...Matter of fact, if there were a 30 pt spread in a game with LCA, my money would be on the black and red...You really need to wonder how LCA would handle the pressure of a title game moreso than Mayfield, who has about 14 more games of experience than LCA does...

Hey sideline doc that orange salve must have worked.

Wasnt complete

Don't strain your shoulder

^Wow, big difference between the fans of teams who've won several titles and those who haven't.

I will say this was a very impressive win. I thought it would be a close competitive game but apparently I was wrong.

SALUTE!!!:ylsuper:

Now, now....great win by LCA. They are clearly the best team in 1A this year and I have been saying it all year. But this is a good example of a game that was more competitive than the score shows. The turnovers got Mayfield in a hole they could not dig their way out of. Then they were just out of synch and LCA did not let their foot off the pedal. Great win for LCA but I am not going to say total domination in a game that was very close till the last couple of minutes of the first half.

Congrats to LCA.
