Either way, although I can understand the Catholic standpoint, still seems a bit awkward. Anyway - I think I'll go out on a limb and say Gary Patterson. I think Stoops would do an absolute great job at ND though.
November 30, 200916 yr I mean I doubt it happens, but who knows Tebow is now done in UF. Tebow will be leaving but Florida will be a Top Ten team next year. The Gators do not rebuild they reload. ND cannot pay anymore money than Florida can pay and all you have to do at Florida is get instate talent and add afew more and you are going to be loaded every year. ND not what they once were.

I understand. For football, that's a good thing for Cincinnati. Bad thing, will Oklahoma look at Kelly as a possible replacement?

I'm sure they'd give him a look, but would be more likely to take one of the more obvious choices with direct recruiting ties to the Southwest/Texas. BK has never even sniffed recruiting in that area, so going in and building the base would be a lot of work considering he has had mostly the same staff over his last 3 stops and would be taking most of them with him wherever/whenever he goes...

Should Oklahoma offer him the job, I know it's nearly impossible for you, or anyone else, to know, but would Kelly take the job, even without his ties to the south?

Not to mention that they have sat by and watched the last 3 Novembers as Weis aborted what was left of their season.
