I have been told Lane Kiffin was talking some UK trash tonight on his radio show and may have mentioned wearing “25th anniversary uniforms” to celebrate the 25th straight win coming on Saturday.

Now I know that this will probably really upset some people, but even as a UK fan, I have to admit that's pretty funny if he did say that.

I hope he does and then has to burn them afterwards.

Talking trash to UK is pathetic from a program like Tennessee. Lane can't beat Bama or UF so he has to talk garbage to a team that hasn't beat his program in nearly 3 decades. Spurrier all over again.

The time has come for a little payback. What a great win at Georgia last week, winning at home against Tennessee would be sweet going into Bowl Season. Lane who?

After saying he was going to sing Rocky Top all night long after they beat the Gators I don't see how. Kiffin runs his mouth, but I like him. I think it is ridiculous to talk smack to UK. Did Mack Brown say anything about Baylor? I forgot about all the smack Jim Tressell talked about Indiana.

 

It doesn't offend me, I just don't understand it. UK hasn't beaten UT in any of these players lives, so what is the point? Talk smack about a rival, though UK fans want to think of UT as a rival they aren't. You have to win a few games here and there for it to be a rivalry IMO.

 

What was moot? The fact that Kiffin is a classless jerk? I think he is a good coach, but you have to do something before you can run your mouth IMO. Tennessee hasn't been a National Player in sometime, and yes that includes two years ago when the backed into the SEC East Title.
