November 23, 200916 yr It's in the last picture... Are you sure? It's not evident that thing sticking up in the air is that, but it's a reasonable assumption.
November 23, 200916 yr Are you sure? It's not evident that thing sticking up in the air is that, but it's a reasonable assumption. Yes. It's in the middle of the last picture, hanging between 4 chandeliers. It's the type of scoreboard that you'd see at a grade school.
November 24, 200916 yr I wouldnt send a high school team to this let alone a big time D1 basketball team. How in the world does the NCAA even let them host this in something like that?
November 24, 200916 yr I don't see anything wrong with the size of it, but I am concerned about the holes in the floor and stuff like that. It would be a disaster for a player to get hurt because of the court. The size of it, however, just means that the Big Blue Nation can be extremely loud.
November 24, 200916 yr BCG would have been a very happy man down in the Moon Palace for this event. It is a nice place for a beach vacation, not so sure about a basketball tournament, but what the heck you only live once.
November 24, 200916 yr The odds of a half court shot have to be slim, the ceiling is very low. BCG was sold when they told him "all inclusive".
November 24, 200916 yr I think it's safe to say BCG had some help. You can't tell me no one in the UK Athletics Department didn't sign off on this as well.
November 24, 200916 yr Rumor has it the bellboys will be the refs and the consierge will handle the PA duties.
