I'm sure that SK is itching to get a shot at X in round 3. Don't see much trouble in Manual since it is at home and SK has the best player in the state.

This is the scariest game of all this Friday. I saw Manual play much earlier in the year and they are very athletic. Next to St. X Cincinnati IMO it was the most athletic team Highlands faced all year. Simpson will have to have a great game, which I'm sure he probably will.

I think SK will win this one.

I think if SK wins by 3 or more TD's, St. X will begin to think maybe everyone is right - that SK is for real.

I agree, I'm hoping for the first scenario, and then the following week a follow up by SK that has people saying "That SK teams going to win 6A", yea thats what I'd LIKE to see.

Even if SK beats Manual, I still think X will win a game against SK...assuming X beats Ryle.

I believe SK is for real. Their record speaks for itself. My brain says SK wins at home by 7 to 14 points. However my gut says Manual wins by 3 and gets the upset. I believe Manual's desire to get back to Louisville and avenge an earlier loss this year to St. Xavier, one that the Crimson's will tell you they thought they should have one, will be the drive they need to get the upset in NKY. I also get the feeling from reading these boards that SK may be looking past Manual which is a big mistake.

The SK fans may be, but I'm pretty confident that Coach Marksberry has his players focused completely on Manual this week.

Manual will give SK all they can handle. As for their desire to play X again because they thought they should have won the first time, It was 28-7 when X starting QB went out of the game and the mud at manual stadium really played a role. Manual's defense is very good against the run. MR Simpson will have to have a lot of carries to get his yards.

I think Sk respects most of the teams they play. But I also doubt Manual has respect for SK. Most of the time Louisville doesnt have respect for NKY.
