I for one know I'm not looking past Manual, and I know coach M isn't even thinking about X at this point. These players know they were a 4 seed in '08, and understand what it takes to survive and advance. If SK does win it will be a hard fought win I can guarantee. If Manual wins it won't be a product of being overlooked, they will have to earn a victory, I guarantee that.

I'm possitive SK's not taking ManUAl lightly...how they got to the finals last year is still fresh in their minds. I still think they handle Manual relatively easily, but that is in no way disrespectful to them. There's some pretty good football being played in NKY this year and both Louisville teams will find that out this weekend. Hopefully, SK and X make it to the next round, because to be the best, you have to beat the best, and that's X. Respect is ALWAYS earned and never given!!!

I think Sk respects most of the teams they play. But I also doubt Manual has respect for SK. Most of the time Louisville doesnt have respect for NKY.

I agree with what you say. Just look at thr Ryle vs X thread. It seems like most of the disrespectful post are coming from Trinity fans. The X fans have been respectful. Anyway, I think everyone from NKY is pulling for S.K. I know you hear it every year. BUT, this is the best 6A (former 4A) to come out of NKY in a long time. Maybe ever. IMO.

I used to be much more respectful but outside of 2 games in the last 10 years (only 1 of which has ended in a victory for the NKY 4/6A school) I sit here waiting to be impressed.
