That is the honest answer. Crittenden County is a fine team which has accomplished a lot. The back to back losses were simply against better teams.

Crittenden hung with them, down 3-0 at the half and lead 7-3, then Murray rolled of 21 straight.

Congrats to Murray. The most quiet undefeated season in the state, at least on BGP.

Quiet indeed. Murray's getting very little hype for a 10-0 team and they're rolling. Granted, there schedules been suspect, but, that doesn't deter from the fact that they've got some really solid athletes on the team and this new coaching staff has really changed the kids mindset. They play with a swagger that prior Tiger teams didn't have. Good luck in the playoffs.

I think it's so quite here on BGP for Murray because there aren't many Murray fans on the site. Hopefully, with the recent success of the team, that'll change soon. BGP needs to do some radio spots in the area, maybe drop some leaflets out of a plane for them too.

Really, nobody is that surprised. Mayfiell and Murray are the best two small-school teams on the far end of western Kentucky. They're both better than Crittenden.
