Second half of South Park season 13.

The second half started last week with the Dead Celebrities episode and was pretty good. But the episode last night was absolutely hilarious...one of the best in a while. How has everyone else liked this season?

South Park really got back to their roots this season, IMO.

This weeks was pretty good, it's still not what it was 7 or 8 years ago though. This past couple of seasons have just really been a letdown to me. Bring back some of the old characters that made the show great. I would much rather have seen Officer Barbrady last night than the new South Park Police. Most of their stories now seem to relate directly to what's on the news and in my opinion that has hurt them some lately.

It can be hilarious but it can also just be dumb at times too. They've really had some clunkers the last couple of seasons. Again I still like the show, but it's not what it was 7 or 8 years ago.

Very few episodes in the first few seasons were based on media news like this season.

 

We are still also missing appearances from several characters from the original show, Pip, Officer Barbrady etc...

Last nights episode was awesome. I havent watched South Park much the last few years but I still like the show.

"The ring" in the first half of the season was my favorite in a while. I also love the 2 episodes with Kyle's jewish cousin Kyle. They both have been known to make me shed tears of laughter before.

The best episode of all time is Scott Tenormen must die, hands down.

 

So far this season has been really good. The first half of the season was really good as well. I look for Matt and Trey to produce more great episodes.
