A win is a win. It was not pretty at all, but being on the road in Death Valley at night vs the #4 ranked team has to be considered. The play calling by OC Steve Addazio is something to be desired. LSU consistently putting 8 in the box and still running the Dive play over and over. Hard to argue though when you can control the clock like they do and score enough to win. That's all that matters in the end, though I wish they would open the passing playbook a little more. Defense stepped up and looked great.

As Gator fan glad to see the Gators get a big win in Death Valley. 32 in a row on Saturday night very impressive. As for play calling got on Gator Zone this morning and Coach Meyer said thet were being basic on offense and let defense win game which is what happened. Go Gators.

I think the SEC title game is going to be a great game. I'm not so sure that Alabama won't be the favorite for that game.

Think that Alabama has a great team. Very good on offense and very tough on defense. The only problem I see is that what makes Florida tick is their defense best in the nation. Think Alabama and Florida will play for SEC championship just wish it could be in BCS championship game. When they play think that the Gator D and Tebow will be the difference in the game.

Bama was undefeated last year going in, had been very impressive and STILL was a nine point underdog. I promise that if they meet and both are undefeated, Florida will be favored.

That UF team was also destroying people. They destroyed LSU, and pounded a very highly touted Georgia team. I think LSU loses a few more which will devalue this win a bit, and the SEC wins just aren't going to be as impressive as in previous years. Bama will have faced a much tougher schedule than UF, and this team looks complete. JPW was a good QB, but Bama couldn't beat you through the air last year. This team has everything.

 

I'll probably pick UF until they lose, but I could see someone making a great case for Bama to be the favorite.
