The score was ugly as the weather.

Lot of time for the younger guys to get some playing time.

Nightmare for the A.D....a lousy matchup in poor weather = no fans?

I like seeing this army kids winning, brings alot of joy and pride to those families!

Ouch!!!

I would not mess with FC's cheerleaders...I guess they have huge bicepts!!!:ylsuper:

I would say that is an accurate statement. If my calculations are correct with how the girls broke down the push ups each cheerleader did at least 223 tonight. If they wouldn't have split them up towards the end of the game they would have had to do 462...WOW!!! Quite the guns on these young ladies!!!

Great game Falcons...even in the messy weather!

The girls certainly do do a lot of push ups.....I remember when they only did push ups for the points scored on that drive, not the cumulative total score.

Good game by the Falcons, virtually mistake free football. I really felt for those Rebels though, it seemed as if they really wanted to just get off of the field. Once the running clock hit, they seemed a bit more excited.

Wonderful football weather, Tim's favorite. He loved the cold, the rain, the muck.

Did Fort Campbell run up the score? How many of these points were scored by the JV?

This is a matchup between one of the ten best teams in the entire state and unfortunately one of the worst teams in the state. This is the type of score that is almost unavoidable.

If Ft. Campbell wanted to run the score up they would have kept their starters in and went for 100. Other than having your 2-3 stringers taking a knee throughout the 2nd half there was not much way to keep the score down. I am sure that Ft. Campbell tried to keep it under control by running the ball, but you can't tell a kid that has worked hard in practice to not work hard during a ballgame when he gets a chance to play some.

:thumb: Well put. Actually FC did pass the ball twice in the first half, both for TDs. They had 10 offensive plays in the first half, 8 of them resulted in TDs. No passes at all the 2nd half.

If I remember right, it was 58-0 at the half.

Fort Campbell didn't run up the score, they took the starters out early and I'm pretty sure that most "replaceable starters" were out by the 2nd half (some in the second quarter).

Many third stringers played, in fact, the third string QB scored the final touchdown. FC's third string RB was running on the Rebels almost as good as our primary RBs.

The non-starters worked every bit as hard as the others, playing as if the game had just started and they needed to get a solid lead so the rest of the team could get a chance to play.

The Rebels just had a VERY hard time stopping the Falcon offense.

Did FC run up the score? I knew somebody would feel obligated to ask that question.

Fort Campbell scored on all of its offensive possessions, only had two passing yards, only 10 offensive plays in the first half.
